What This Tool Does

This applicator helps you place small, controlled amounts of thicker adhesives exactly where you want them — without flooding or squeezing directly from the tube.

Designed for silicone, Liquid Fusion, tacky glues and similar craft adhesives.

Parts

Syringe – controls pressure and flow

Green Tip – precise placement

Red Cap – stops flow during storage

Cleaning Pin – clears cured glue from tip if clogged

Case – keeps everything ready between projects

First Time Setup (Important)

1. Remove the clear syringe cap

2. Pull the plunger completely out of the syringe

3. Insert the glue nozzle into the open back of the syringe

4. Slowly fill the syringe with adhesive

5. Reinsert the plunger

6. Attach the green precision tip

7. Gently press until a tiny bead appears

You’re ready to use!

Tip: Back-filling reduces trapped air and gives smoother flow.

How To Use

Apply gentle steady pressure.

Less pressure = smaller dot

More pressure = longer line

Let the tool do the work, forcing the plunger can cause sudden release.

After Each Use

1. Wipe the tip

2. Place the red cap on the tip

3. Store in case

   
   

This prevents clogs and leaks.

If the Tip Becomes Clogged

Insert the cleaning pin gently into the tip to restore flow.
