Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please note:

Custom and made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
If your order includes custom work, timelines will be discussed and confirmed during the design process.

Shipping Methods & Delivery
Orders are shipped using trusted shipping carriers. Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, MiBolaLoca is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. MiBolaLoca is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages
MiBolaLoca is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
