This item is a ready-to-ship piece and may be eligible for return or refund if there is a defect or production error.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping option and the items in your order.

Please note that shipping time does not include processing time. Custom orders ship after processing and mock-up approval.

Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare, create, and package your order before it ships. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from the date of order. While many orders ship sooner, this timeframe allows flexibility in the event of high order volume, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are made to order and include a design mock-up for approval prior to production.

• Processing time for custom orders is approximately 5–7 business days after final mock-up approval.

• Production will begin once all required information, approvals, and files (if applicable) have been received.

Please note that delays in mock-up approval, incomplete information, or delayed file submission may extend processing time.
