Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare, create, and package your order before it ships. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Custom Orders

Custom orders are made to order and include a design mock-up for approval prior to production.

• Processing time for custom orders is approximately 5–7 business days after final mock-up approval.

• Production will begin once all required information, approvals, and files (if applicable) have been received.

Please note that delays in mock-up approval, incomplete information, or delayed file submission may extend processing time.

Custom-designed items are made to order and personalized specifically for you. Because of this, custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
