These custom bead trays and design mats are made to order and personalized to your preferences. Each tray is 3D printed and thoughtfully designed to support bead artists during the design and layout process.


Each bead tray features a three-piece modular design: a top grid and branding piece, a removable beading mat, and a bottom tray. The beading mat sits securely inside the tray using double-sided tape on the bottom, while the top grid fits snugly into the base to keep beads neatly contained within each section. Both the grid and mat can be easily removed or replaced as needed.


Customers can customize the tray color, choose whether sections are numbered, add a name or business name, and include a custom image or design. These trays are perfect for organizing beads, planning designs, filming content, or working live—combining function, flexibility, and personalization.

  • Tray size: approximately 9” tall × 8” wide × 0.5” deep

  • Individual grid sections: approximately 1.7” × 1.5”(Section size may be slightly smaller when numbering is added.)

What Happens After You Order

All custom bead trays are made to order and include a design mock-up for review before production begins.

  • Name Only Designs (and simple design elements): A digital mock-up will be created using the name and design element provided at checkout. You will receive a preview for approval before your tray is printed. No additional files are required.

  • Name + Custom Image or Logo Designs:A digital mock-up will be created using your name and custom image or logo. After checkout, you will receive an email with instructions for uploading your image. Production will begin after the mock-up is approved and all required files are received.


Please note: Production timelines may be extended if mock-up approval or required files are delayed.

  • Processing Time

    Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare, create, and package your order before it ships. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

    Ready-to-Ship Items

    Ready-to-ship items are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from the date of order. While many orders ship sooner, this timeframe allows flexibility in the event of high order volume, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

    Custom Orders

    Custom orders are made to order and include a design mock-up for approval prior to production.

    • Processing time for custom orders is approximately 5–7 business days after final mock-up approval.

    • Production will begin once all required information, approvals, and files (if applicable) have been received.

    Please note that delays in mock-up approval, incomplete information, or delayed file submission may extend processing time.
